   3. Amazing Career Opportunities - Whilst studying the Accounting Technician Course here at Gorey Institute of Further Education, students go on work experience one day a week. Students are free to choose a workplace of their choice. This means at the end of their two-year programme, students will have gained 2 years work experience. At present, there is a shortage of accounting professionals in Ireland. 95% of all Accounting Technicians are in employment.

   4. Erasmus – Our students have the opportunity to work and study abroad for 3 weeks during the academic year with the Erasmus programme. This year our students went to Västerås in Sweden.
